How to add milliseconds to Instant object in Java

In Java program, with a given Instant object we can use Instant.plusMillis(long millisToAdd) method to return a new Instant object with number of milliseconds be added as Java code below.

    public static void main(String... args) {

        // add 2000 milliseconds
